Cass County IN Property Rights

Look at RES’s “local” jobs already going to out-of-state workers. This is a bird and bat counter in a car with Illinois plates TRESPASSING on private property owned by a member of the Cass County Property Rights group. These people are counting birds and bats, likely to say there aren’t endangered species in the area and to figure out how many the wind company can kill later.

Notes and comments on the “observations”
1 – Bats don’t fly in the daytime and when they stop by a field it’s a alfalfa field that has been cut or it a soybean field, I don’t think they are up to par with there bird findings.
2 – Looking for bats in cold weather during the day.
3 – The developers did not use local workers in NC. Plates from Idaho, New Mexico, Wyoming, Texas, and Colorado for a few when they built a project on the other side of the county. This was the Avangrid project, we stopped Apex.
4 – Birds usually are not active in the middle of the afternoon, neither are raptors, since many animals avoid the heat. So what do they expect to find?
– Nothing that is the point.
