May 8 2019. The voters in L'Anse Township voted to protect Mount Arvon, Michigan's Highest Point, Along with countless waterfalls, streams and headwaters from industrialization! Some places deserve saving for future generations!
Wind Energy loses again in Michigan
May 7, 2019 Michigan Election results are in. Pro wind Kawkawlin supervisor was recalled 3-1. DTE lost in Jonesfield Township in Saginaw County 59%-41%. And L'Anse Township rejected RES America's plan for wind turbines in the Huron Mountains and Michigamee Highlands 55% - 45%.
