Eleven miles across the lake the horizon and skyline of Lake Winnebago in Wisconsin is dominated by 400 foot turbines.

The proposed 500 foot turbines for the Huron Mountains, will dominate the horizon and skyline view from Houghton to Baraga, and anywhere else the Hurons can be viewed. Add in the red blinking aviation lights, and the view of the night sky over the mountains would also be forever changed.
