The Friends of the Huron Mountains petition for a referendum was delivered to L'Anse Township this morning by township resident Bob Kissel and witnessed by a number of Friends of the Huron Mountains. More than 400 signatures - were collected hundreds more than the 15% needed. Congratulations and thanks to our volunteers who went door-to-door.
